1. About our Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the SourceMogul website and platform. By using SourceMogul, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility, Registration and Access
To use SourceMogul, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3. Rules and Location-Based Restrictions
You agree to use SourceMogul only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
4. Fees
SourceMogul offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are as displayed on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Cancellation and suspension of service
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
6. Compensation and restitution
SourceMogul provides data and analysis tools on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any product data, pricing information, or profit calculations. You acknowledge that buying and selling decisions are made at your own risk.
7. Our content: licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use SourceMogul for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
8. Play of Chance
SourceMogul may from time to time run competitions or promotions. These are subject to separate terms and conditions which will be made available at the time.
9. Liability: Your Attention
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SourceMogul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Warranties
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11. Third-party products/services
SourceMogul may integrate with or provide links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. By using SourceMogul, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in SourceMogul and its content are owned by ProfitSweep LLC. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
