How to report a mismatch.
Our algorithm scans and analyses over 20 million products every month and compares pricing against Amazon. With this level of data, it is inevitable that we will serve some mismatches. Our mismatch feature allows users to report mismatches so that our system can improve over time.
There are two ways to reduce mismatches – the first is simply to increase the “match accuracy” setting in the left hand side bar – this will improve matching, but there is the chance that you could be missing some profitable deals.
The second option, is to report the mismatch by uisng the “report mismatch” buttong under each listing. This method informs our system that there is a mismatch and allows us to improve our algorithm to ensure we can deliver profitable deals to the entire community.
